Role & Company / Project Overview: Avon Group (Avon Cycles Limited) is organizing a campus hiring and placement drive for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering freshers. The organization is seeking to partner with engineering colleges across North India to recruit prospective talent for Graduate Engineer Trainee opportunities within the cycle manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Apply fundamental mechanical engineering principles to cycle manufacturing and industrial production processes. • Undergo intensive graduate engineer training across various plant operations, design, and assembly units. • Collaborate with engineering teams and plant supervisors to learn and support day-to-day manufacturing tasks. • Participate in continuous improvement projects, operational efficiency initiatives, and technical problem-solving. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. • Batch Eligibility: Freshers, specifically from the 2025 - 2026 pass-out batch. • Strong technical fundamentals in mechanical engineering. • A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work in an industrial manufacturing setting. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Ludhiana, Punjab, India. • Work arrangement: On-site plant/office operations. Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation to be determined based on corporate campus hiring structure.
