• Role & Company / Project Overview LinkdPro is hiring a hands-on, results-driven Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) in Luanda, Angola. The role takes ownership of multiple restaurant operations across Angola, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and people performance. Reporting to the Operations Manager, with interviews conducted in English by the head office based in South Africa. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead, coach, and upskill branch managers through monthly performance reviews. - Drive profitability via P&L analysis, reporting, cost control, and strategic action planning. - Maximise sales, labour productivity, and operational efficiency across the portfolio. - Ensure consistent implementation of Brand Standard Records and operational processes. - Analyse customer satisfaction reports and guide branches to improve service excellence. - Ensure full compliance with health, safety, risk, security, cash handling, and banking standards across the region. - Manage succession planning and staffing in line with HR policies. - Conduct disciplinary hearings and represent the company before labour authorities and dispute-resolution bodies in Angola. - Travel frequently by road to restaurants across Angola. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) background or managerial experience in a similar hospitality/retail context. - Proven ability to manage multiple sites and deliver against profit, sales, labour, and customer satisfaction targets. - Fluent in Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing). - Good command of English (all interviews are conducted in English). - Solid expertise in P&L management, labour law, industrial relations, and people leadership. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time - Work Setup: Based in-country in Luanda, Angola, or fully prepared to relocate; requires frequent road travel across Angola • Application Instructions Submit CV directly to the recruitment contact.
