• Role & Company / Project Overview: nbuilt (a 100% woman/veteran-owned and run CA licensed contractor #1101583) is hiring an independent contractor to run complete construction jobs, growing strong foremen into Project Managers through real performance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Run whole job sites across residential and commercial projects - Manage plan reading, hands-on tool oversight, and tight project scheduling - Supervise construction crews and coordinate operations using construction management software - Perform takeoff and estimating (optional extra income opportunity) • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of construction experience - Experience as a foreman or supervisor with active tool skills - 1+ year experience on construction management software - Experience on residential & commercial jobs - Bilingual English / Spanish - Strong plan reading, tool skills, and tight scheduling proficiency - Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office suite - Own vehicle, phone, tools, and active contractor insurance - Bonus points: Enclosed-trailer towing; proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, or Revit; takeoff and estimating skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Greater Los Angeles, California (also serving Orange County and Coachella Valley) - Independent contractor position across active regional jobsites • Compensation & Benefits: - 10% to 15% of construction costs per project, based on scope - Referral fees for projects brought to the company - Performance bonuses rewarding delivered jobs - 3-month review with opportunities for rate increases and expanded responsibilities - Company iPad provided to run jobs • Application Instructions: - Direct message or apply online through company channels
