• Role & Company / Project Overview DOTHANH AUTO is hiring a Chief of Maintenance & Construction for its automotive manufacturing factory located in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. The position is responsible for leading maintenance activities, ensuring electrical safety, reliability, and smooth operations across factory facilities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage Electrical Systems: Organize, supervise, and lead electrical system maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities (including lighting, HVAC, generators, and related electrical infrastructure). Plan regular and preventive maintenance to guarantee stable, safe factory operation. Handle emergency technical issues quickly and effectively. Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and technical standards. - Manage the Team: Supervise, coordinate, assign, guide, and develop the maintenance team comprising technicians and workers. Provide ongoing training and skill development. Evaluate team performance and recommend appropriate rewards and discipline. - Manage Budget & Materials: Manage maintenance budgets, equipment, spare parts, and materials. Prepare cost estimates for projects and maintenance. Ensure sufficient supply and efficient utilization of equipment and supplies. Report expenditures, progress, and results. - Report & Propose Solutions: Monitor work progress and technical status, reporting directly to the Factory Director. Propose effective solutions to ensure on-time project completion. Keep updated on new policies, guidelines, and regulations from the Ministry of Transport, Government authorities, VAMA, etc., advising the Factory Director on opportunities and challenges for the automotive industry. Propose technical improvements and equipment upgrades to optimize performance and achieve energy savings. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - At least 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance and construction management (experience within a manufacturing/automotive environment is a strong advantage/plus). - Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills. - In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and relevant technical regulations. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: DOTHANH AUTO Factory, QL51, Dat Moi – Ba Ky Hamlet, Long Phuoc Commune, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. - Work arrangement: Full-time onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. - Stable working environment offering long-term career development. - Professional and supportive workplace culture with opportunities to drive continuous improvement in automotive manufacturing. • Application Instructions - Send CV to the Human Resources Department or contact via Zalo / HR helpline.
