• Role & Company / Project Overview: W1 Curates brings together art, music, and culture through digital exhibitions, immersive experiences, and global collaborations. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our gallery and studio spaces and coordinate exhibitions, events, and creative projects, reporting directly to the Operations Director. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage day-to-day venue operations and project schedules - Coordinate installations, launches, private events, and venue hires - Organise staff, contractors, suppliers, and logistics - Confidently manage multiple projects and liaise effectively with artists, partners, and suppliers • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience in operations, events, venues, or production, ideally within a creative environment - Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure - Confident in project management and relationship coordination with external partners and suppliers • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: London, United Kingdom - Occasional travel, evening, and weekend work required • Compensation & Benefits: Not specified in posting. • Application Instructions: Send your CV and a short introduction via email.
