• Role & Company / Project Overview: Absolute (absolute.digital) is seeking a Client Services Manager to act as the heart of agency client operations. In this role, you will ensure every client feels like our only client, maintaining top-tier relationships and ensuring that our team's brilliant work lands with maximum impact. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Keep clients happy and maintain strong, trusted, long-term relationships. - Ensure every client receives exceptional, tailored attention. - Spot opportunities to add value, expand accounts, and introduce relevant agency solutions. - Ensure high-quality agency deliverables land effectively and meet strategic expectations. - Collaborate closely with internal creative, search, and strategy teams to deliver seamless client outcomes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Highly organised professional with strong commercial mindset. - Exceptional interpersonal, client management, and communication skills. - Experience in account management or client services within a digital agency setting. - Ability to handle complex client requirements and multi-stakeholder communication. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working arrangement: Fully remote work. - Client profile: Working with global clients across interesting and complex industries. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year plus commission. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their CV via email to start a conversation.
