### Role & Company / Project Overview Bigbee Experience Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Client Servicing Executive / Manager to coordinate, manage, and facilitate corporate event management client relationships and project workflows. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, updates, and approvals. - Work closely with Creative, Production, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain project timelines, trackers, and communication records. - Assist in proposal preparation, presentations, and event documentation. - Attend client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and follow up on deliverables. - Ensure timely client feedback and satisfaction throughout the project. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory: Candidates with prior experience in handling corporate clients are strictly required. Candidates without corporate client servicing experience will not be considered. - Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Mass Communication or Event Management graduates preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Basic understanding of event and project management. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and email communication. - Positive attitude, ownership, and responsiveness. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore, Karnataka - Work Mode: Work From Office - Working Days: Monday to Saturday - Saturday Schedule: 2 Saturdays Half Day; 2 Saturdays Work From Home - Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ### Compensation & Benefits - Not specified ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the provided email or contact number.
