Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer based in Las Vegas, NV for an onsite role. The position supports critical applications in the Banking and Financial domain. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide L2/L3 production and application support for distributed systems. • Manage ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, and change requests. • Work with ticketing and collaboration systems including ServiceNow and Jira. • Handle database operations, logging, and monitoring across enterprise data platforms. • Implement scripting and automation routines to streamline support and reliability operations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS (primarily in L2/L3 support). • Solid domain background in Banking / Financial systems. • Practical working knowledge of ITIL, Incident, problem, and change processes using ServiceNow and Jira. • Experience with databases and platforms like MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, and BigData, along with logging and monitoring tools. • Working knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift is preferred. • Hands-on scripting and automation experience. • Must be a local Nevada candidate.
