Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview ALVASAR OU / Svarga Work, a direct employer and recruitment company, is urgently hiring experienced electricians for industrial and construction sites in Lahti, Finland. The project duration runs until the end of March 2027, with work starting as soon as possible following site pass processing. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Performing electrical installation works on site. - Laying and connecting cables. - Installing electrical panels, sockets, switches, and other electrical equipment. - General electrical assembly and maintenance tasks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven work experience as an electrician. - Ability to work independently performing electrical installations and equipment connections. - Mandatory valid certifications: Työturvallisuuskortti (occupational safety card / Green Card), SFS 6002 (electrical safety certificate), and Ensiapukortti (first aid certificate). - Knowledge of English and Russian languages. - Must hold a valid Finnish residence permit with the right to work or EU citizenship (employer does not cover residence permit processing costs for these urgent vacancies). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Lahti, Finland. - Day shifts, up to 58 hours per week. - Paid overtime available. • Compensation & Benefits - Rate: 18 EUR/hour gross. - Official employment contract. - Free accommodation provided by the employer. - Free work clothes and necessary tools. - Opportunity for continued cooperation on future projects. • Application Instructions Apply by sending your CV along with details on electrical work experience, valid certifications, citizenship/residence permit status, current country of residence, preferred city, and availability.
