### Role & Company / Project Overview ALVASAR OÜ / Svarga Work is looking for Press Brake / Bending Machine Operators and Laser Cutting Operators for ongoing long-term production operations in Finnish manufacturing plants across Tampere, Maalahti, Karviankylä, Imatra, Keuruu, and Muurame. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Setup and operation of sheet metal bending machines (press brakes) and industrial laser cutting equipment. • Loading raw metal sheets and unloading processed parts. • Reading and interpreting technical production drawings. • Performing precise dimensional measurements and maintaining strict quality standards. • Basic maintenance and routine tool checks. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience operating sheet metal bending (press brake) or laser cutting machines. • Competence in reading mechanical drawings and using standard measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, angle gauges). • Readiness to work rotational shifts. • Basic English comprehension of work instructions; conversational Russian, English, or Finnish required for specific projects. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Locations: Tampere, Maalahti, Karviankylä, Imatra, Keuruu, Muurame (Finland). • Working arrangement: 2- or 3-shift schedules, with paid overtime available on certain positions. ### Compensation & Benefits • Wage: From €16/hour (based on experience, qualification, and hours worked). • Free housing provided on most project assignments. • Workwear and necessary work equipment provided. • Paid assistance with work visa applications and paperwork. ### Application Instructions Send your CV indicating specific machine types and models operated, technical skills, language knowledge, current location, and availability.
