Role & Company / Project Overview: Oxiliry is growing and expanding our technology leadership team. We are looking for an experienced technology leader to drive IT and ERP strategy, strengthen infrastructure, enhance cybersecurity, and lead digital transformation initiatives to support organizational growth. As Head of Technology, you will lead IT infrastructure, technology operations, ERP platforms, and enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Zoho One. You will drive automation, system reliability, cybersecurity, and technology modernization while collaborating with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and execute IT and ERP technology strategies aligned with business objectives • Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, enterprise systems, and operations • Lead ERP implementation, integration, customization, and optimization, particularly within Zoho One • Strengthen cybersecurity, IT governance, disaster recovery, and business continuity • Drive digital transformation, automation, system modernization, and process optimization • Ensure system reliability, scalability, operational efficiency, and technology performance • Lead IT and ERP teams, manage vendors, and oversee technology projects • Collaborate with leadership to deliver scalable technology solutions Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of experience in IT, ERP, enterprise applications, or technology leadership • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho or similar ERP platforms, including implementation and integration • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise operations • Solid understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, disaster recovery, and business continuity • Proven experience leading IT and ERP teams, managing technology projects, and driving digital transformation • Experience with Zoho One, multinational IT environments, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale ERP transformation programs will be an advantage Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Lahore • Employment Type: Full-time Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation details are not specified in the post Application Instructions: Send your updated resume via email or reach out via direct message.
