Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Paradigm Digital Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is looking to hire an IT Executive for their technical operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, network systems, hardware, and VoIP communications. - Administer, configure, and troubleshoot 3CX phone system. - Provide hands-on IT support to operational staff during the night shift. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2+ years of relevant IT support and administration experience. - Hands-on experience with 3CX communication system is essential. - Background working in a software house or tech environment is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: DMCHS, Karachi, Pakistan - Work Mode: On-site only - Shift: Night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) • Compensation & Benefits - Market-competitive salary. • Application Instructions - Share resume via email to apply.
