Role & Company / Project Overview Digital Pocket is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Representative to join the team in Lahore, supporting a U.S.-based printing and e-commerce business. This is a non-calling position where customer communication will primarily be handled through email and online platforms. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle customer inquiries, emails, and online communications professionally. • Provide non-calling email and online customer support and follow-ups. • Support business operations related to e-commerce and print-on-demand services. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Excellent, fluent English is a must. • Strong written communication and customer service skills. • Experience in Graphic Design, E-Commerce, or Print on Demand is preferred / an advantage. • Customer service and follow-up skills. • 16 years of education preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Park View City, Lahore. • Job Type: Full-Time. • Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site / In Person (Remote Work: Not Available). • Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Pakistan Time).
