### Role & Company / Project Overview Professional Worlds is hiring confident and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join their growing team in Johar Town, Lahore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support and client interaction. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle inbound and outbound customer support communications effectively. - Resolve customer queries and provide timely, accurate solutions. - Maintain customer records and provide top-tier support across shift operations. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service/call center experience. - Excellent English-speaking and communication skills. - BPO / Call Center experience preferred. - IT & Software Industry experience is a plus. - Strong communication and customer-handling skills. - Female candidates are preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: Night Shift. - Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. - Work Mode: On-site. ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary: PKR 60,000 to PKR 90,000 + Commission. - Fuel allowance for female employees. - Free lunch provided by the company. - Office gaming area available. - Friendly and professional work environment. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply by sending their CV via WhatsApp.
