If you have an academic background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying and want to establish a career in the international construction estimation industry, this paid internship provides hands-on learning and career advancement opportunities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Participate in practical quantity takeoffs and cost estimation for US construction projects - Review and interpret architectural and structural construction drawings - Receive comprehensive training and apply software tools including PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel - Work under the direct guidance and mentorship of senior estimation professionals - Maintain accuracy in project documentation, estimates, and takeoff reports • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Fresh graduates holding degrees in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or closely related technical disciplines - Basic understanding of construction blueprints and engineering drawings - Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills - High willingness to learn and adapt to international construction estimating standards • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Office-based role in Lahore, Pakistan - Working Days: Monday to Friday - Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Office Address: Office #2, 2nd Floor, Harmain Tower, Bund Road, Lahore • Compensation & Benefits - Paid Internship duration of 3 Months - Direct mentorship from experienced industry professionals - Opportunity for potential full-time permanent employment based on performance • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the designated HR email with the exact subject line: US Estimation Internship.
