### Role & Company / Project Overview Vodstra Limited is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee hotel operations across all departments, drive revenue growth, improve profitability, strengthen service delivery, and maintain exceptional guest experiences in a five-star hospitality environment. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, and Engineering. • Develop strategies to increase revenue, occupancy, and profitability while controlling costs. • Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators. • Maintain high service standards, resolve guest complaints, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Optimise resources, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency. • Lead departmental teams, establish performance targets, and promote accountability. • Ensure regulatory compliance, asset maintenance, safety, and adherence to hotel standards. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Management, or a related field. • 7–10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations or hospitality management, including senior leadership. • Proven experience managing an upscale, luxury, or five-star hotel. • Demonstrated success in revenue growth, cost control, and profitability improvement. • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, revenue management, pricing, and occupancy optimisation. • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in hotel management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office. • Postgraduate qualifications or relevant professional certifications are an advantage. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Type: Full-time, On-site • Location: Lagos • Application Deadline: 8 November 2026 ### Compensation & Benefits • Leadership opportunity in a five-star hospitality environment. • Direct influence on revenue, profitability, and guest experience. • Opportunities to develop teams and improve operational systems. • Competitive remuneration and benefits. ### Application Instructions Apply via email with the subject line 'Head of Operations – Hotel'.
