• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sunda International is urgently seeking a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager from a manufacturing environment to lead the hiring strategy, oversee the recruitment team, and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process. The successful candidate will partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs, optimize sourcing channels, track hiring metrics, and ensure a strong employer brand. The ideal candidate must have experience recruiting in a factory, construction, or manufacturing setup for cross-functional positions on time and efficiently. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Strategy & Planning: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company growth goals. - Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and evaluate in-house and outsourced recruiters and hiring coordinators. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with departmental heads to understand workforce needs, establish clear selection criteria, and accelerate the hiring lifecycle. - Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Utilize modern sourcing techniques, recruitment platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including LinkedIn Recruiter. - Metrics & Compliance: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics while ensuring complete compliance with statutory labour laws. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: BA/BS/MSc/MBA degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. - Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in human resources and recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. - Industry Background: Proven hiring experience within a manufacturing, factory, or construction setting. - Technical Skills: Proficient with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), digital sourcing tools, and professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Job Type: Full-time - Work Setup: On-site in Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria - Resumption: Immediate joiners required • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary is competitive and negotiable - HMO and fringe benefits included • Application Instructions: - Qualified candidates who can join immediately should forward their CVs to the designated recruitment contacts.
