Role & Company / Project Overview: Metalco, a reputed metal manufacturing company in Kuwait, is recruiting an experienced Factory Manager to oversee plant operations and production. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Direct and oversee daily manufacturing and fabrication plant operations for metal works. • Manage production schedules, factory staff, safety standards, and quality control procedures. • Optimize factory performance, minimize downtime, and ensure timely execution of metal fabrication projects. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Extensive experience as a Factory Manager with direct metal works and fabrication experience. • Strong leadership, plant management, and technical supervision skills. • Local applicants only (transferable residency preferred).
