Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Senior Software Test Engineer to lead testing initiatives and support our enterprise digital insurance platform and SaaS products, driving test framework development and technical excellence. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, architect, and develop robust automated test frameworks and end-to-end automation pipelines. - Oversee and execute automation testing and performance testing across digital insurance and SaaS solutions. - Guide, mentor, and provide technical leadership to junior and intermediate QA engineers. - Review test plans, test cases, and quality metrics to ensure top-tier product stability. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years of software testing experience. - Strong and proven expertise in test automation and test framework development. - Highly proficient in Java or Python programming languages. - Hands-on technical experience with tools and frameworks such as JMeter, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or pytest. - Proven leadership, team mentoring, and technical communication skills. - Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required. - Local candidates preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. - Working Arrangement: Standard business hours. • Compensation & Benefits - Attractive senior-level remuneration package aligned with experience. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV via email or submit via WhatsApp.
