• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Senior QA Engineer (Automation) in Gurugram! If you are a hands-on automation expert who loves building frameworks from scratch, setting up QA processes from the ground up, and leading a high-performing team, this role is for you. We are looking for a quality champion to own end-to-end test automation across our web and API layers for our B2B SaaS platform. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build from Scratch: Design and scale a brand-new automation framework and QA process (not just maintaining an old one). - Own CI/CD: Integrate automated testing into Jenkins/GitHub Actions to ensure every release is validated automatically. - Shift-Left Testing: Partner with Dev and Product teams to bake testability and acceptance criteria directly into user stories. - Lead & Mentor: Grow, coach, and run code reviews for a small, agile QA team. - Set Quality Gates: Drive continuous improvement using metrics like test coverage, defect leakage, and regression cycle times. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 6–8 years in QA/SDET roles with a clear career progression, including at least 3+ recent years in a B2B SaaS product company. - Proven Track Record: Direct experience scaling a QA function and building frameworks from the ground up. - UI Automation: Expert with Selenium (Java + TestNG) OR Playwright / Cypress (JS/TS) using Page Object Model. - API Testing: Strong hands-on experience with Postman and RestAssured (functional, integration, and contract testing). - CI/CD & Agile: Proficient with Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Scrum methodologies, and JIRA. - AI-Assisted Testing: Solid experience leveraging AI tools in daily test automation and testing workflows. - Bonus Points For: Performance/load testing experience (JMeter, k6, BlazeMeter); Strong SQL and database testing skills; Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and testing microservices architectures; Experience building test-health dashboards (Allure, Extent Reports, Grafana). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurugram, India. - Onsite/office role. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Send your updated resume with the subject line 'Senior QA Engineer - [Your Name]'.
