Role & Company / Project Overview: Opportunity for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) – Mobile Automation to join the engineering team in Gurugram. The position is aimed at professionals passionate about mobile test automation, solid testing fundamentals, and building high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks for mobile applications. • Perform end-to-end mobile automation testing across Android and iOS platforms. • Implement and automate API tests to ensure backend service reliability. • Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Maven and Jenkins/CI tools. • Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering teams for swift resolution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 6–8 years of professional experience in software test automation. • Programming & Core Fundamentals: Strong expertise in Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). • Mobile & Web Automation: Proven hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium for mobile automation testing (Android/iOS). • Testing Frameworks: Proven track record in test automation framework development using TestNG. • API & CI/CD: Solid experience in API testing & automation, build tools (Maven), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. • Testing Acumen: Strong automation skills, solid QA fundamentals, and extensive background in mobile application testing.
