• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an Associate, Innovation & Integration (Full-time) to support Operational Excellence, Service Quality & Innovation initiatives at Prasarana / Rapid Bus through automation, process improvement, data analytics, and technology integration. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Support automation and innovation initiatives across operations - Analyse operational processes and identify improvement opportunities - Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools - Monitor implementation progress and performance outcomes - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support user adoption - Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Transport, Logistics, Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field - 2–6 years of relevant experience for the Associate role - Solid knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, and process improvement - Experience with Python, SQL, MySQL, and database management - Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting - Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration - Knowledge of automation, system integration, and workflow digitalisation - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Preferred Skills: Power Automate, data modelling and ETL processes, API integration, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Employment Type: Full-time - Company/Organization: Prasarana Malaysia / Rapid Bus • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Send CV to the designated recruitment contact email address.
