Role & Company / Project Overview: GoPrime Technology Corp. is looking for a Business Intelligence Associate who can turn data into meaningful insights, build dashboards, and automate reporting processes. We are looking for someone who can reduce manual reporting work through better dashboards and automation, and turn raw data into useful business insights to help drive better decisions for the business. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Create and maintain business dashboards and reports • Analyze and organize data from different sources • Automate recurring reports and manual processes • Connect and integrate data from various systems (Excel databases, Google Sheets, etc.) • Ensure data accuracy and reliability • Provide insights to support business decisions • Improve existing reporting processes through automation Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field • At least 2 years of relevant experience • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and data analysis background • Experience with data automation or automated reporting • Preferred Skills & Tools: - Dashboard & BI: Power BI, Excel dashboards - Data & Reporting: Excel, Power Query, SQL, Google Sheets - Automation: Power Automate, Google Apps Script, Zapier / Make, automated data refresh • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented and capable of collaborating across different departments Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-time • Location: Philippines Application Instructions: Interested applicants may send their resume/CV to the contact email specified in the listing.
