Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: TMAS Sdn Bhd is hiring a Facilities Executive to contribute to the smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of facilities at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS), Kuala Lumpur. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and relevant stakeholders. • Manage facility maintenance, inspections, permits, and compliance matters. • Assist with tenders, procurement, and ISO management systems. • Support building surveying, technical assessments, and operational reporting. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Surveying, or related fields. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Proficiency in AutoCAD skills and knowledge of Building Surveying are considered an advantage. • Good communication and coordination skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Location: Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. • Onsite facilities management operations.
