• Role & Company / Project Overview Invedus is urgently hiring an architect with hands-on experience in US residential projects to contribute to high-quality construction documentation for exciting US-based architectural projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and complete construction document sets. - Work on architectural redlines, revisions, and construction documentation according to US permit drawing standards. - Collaborate on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), single-family homes (SFR), and small multifamily projects. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory hands-on experience in US residential architecture (experience in other residential markets alone will not be considered). - Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. - Proven experience with ADUs, single-family residences (SFR), and small multifamily residential projects. - Thorough understanding of US permit drawing standards and building documentation. - Added Advantage: California residential project experience; knowledge of California Building Code (CBC), Title 24, and specific ADU requirements; experience responding to plan-check comments. - Notice Period: Maximum 20 days.
