Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Adarsh Group is hiring for the position of Junior Architect / Architect in the Real Estate and Construction industry based in Richmond Town, Bangalore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare architectural drawings for execution at site. - Understand, review, and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior, and Landscape consultant drawings. - Review customer requests, evaluate feasibility studies, and modify standard layouts accordingly. - Apply knowledge of building byelaws to ongoing projects. - Prepare area calculation statements as required by the Senior Architect. - Conduct regular site visits to check and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 3 to 10 years in Real Estate / Construction. - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. - Technical Skills: Proven hands-on experience in CAD, Revit, and BIM. - Strong comprehension of architectural design compliance, byelaws, and site coordination. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Richmond Town, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Industry: Real Estate / Construction. - Work Mode: On-site. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should share their updated resume directly to the recruitment contact email.
