• Role & Company / Project Overview S2BDS Staffing is hiring an experienced BIM Architect on behalf of a prestigious client. S2BDS Staffing specializes in contract and permanent BIM staffing solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, coordinate, and review architectural Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. - Ensure model accuracy, standards compliance, and constructability. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and MEP modelers, to resolve design clashes. - Produce detailed architectural BIM documentation, drawings, and model deliverables. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2 to 3 years of professional experience in BIM architecture and design modeling. - Strong working knowledge of standard BIM authoring and coordination tools. - Ability to work on architectural coordination, clash detection, and project deliverables. - Immediate joiners are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Application Instructions Interested applicants can submit their profile via the application link or forward their CV via email or WhatsApp.
