### Role & Company / Project Overview Sun Knowledge Inc (KPO) is hiring for International Process Associates (Medical Representative / Voice Process) to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be resolving queries from US doctors and hospitals regarding medical billing and insurance. This is purely a voice process with NO sales or marketing involved. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Resolving incoming queries from US-based doctors and hospitals regarding medical billing, claims, and insurance. • Handling international voice process communications professionally. • Maintaining accuracy and adherence to US healthcare process guidelines. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written). • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. • Educational Qualification: Undergraduates and Graduates are welcome to apply. • Experience Level: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. • CPAS certification/knowledge is a plus. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Working Model: Work from Office in Kolkata. • Shifts: US Timing / Night Shift. • Working Schedule: Fixed 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) with Saturday and Sunday off. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Gross salary of ₹15,000 to ₹19,000 / ₹20,000 gross per month. • Cab facility / cab drop or transport reimbursement provided. • Subsidized meals. • Attendance bonus and statutory bonus. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their resume for review.
