### Role & Company / Project Overview GreenSigma Management Consultancy is inviting experienced and dynamic professionals to explore an exciting leadership opportunity as Plant Head – Foundry in the Foundry Industry (HPML / HPDC / Automotive Components) at Kolhapur, Maharashtra. We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee end-to-end foundry operations with a strong focus on operational excellence, quality, safety, people development, cost efficiency, and overall business profitability. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee end-to-end plant and foundry operations, ensuring high productivity, quality, cost efficiency, delivery performance, and overall business growth. • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business goals and drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence. • Maintain strict quality standards, customer satisfaction, and total compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. • Drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization initiatives across the facility. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a strong culture of safety and accountability. • Ensure statutory compliance, workplace safety, and environmental management. • Manage plant budgets, CAPEX plans, and optimal resource utilization. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • BE / B.Tech / DME in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Production Engineering (Preferred). • 15+ years of total experience in the foundry industry. • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role (Plant Head, Operations Head, or General Manager). • Comprehensive technical understanding of foundry processes, HPML / DISA / HPDC operations, production planning, quality management, and lean manufacturing. • Strong hands-on knowledge of quality systems and management standards: IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. • Proven leadership, communication, decision-making, and analytical problem-solving skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India • Full-time onsite manufacturing plant leadership role. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: No bar for the perfect candidate. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates may share their updated CV via email.
