Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced HPDC Manager in Bangalore within the Aluminium High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) manufacturing industry. The position requires leading operations, production targets, and process quality. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage daily HPDC production and achieve production targets. • Optimize die casting processes, machine performance, and OEE. • Handle die changes, machine setups, shot parameters, and troubleshooting. • Reduce metal losses, rejection, downtime, and production costs. • Drive process improvements through Kaizen and Poka-Yoke. • Lead production teams, manpower planning, and skill development. • Coordinate preventive maintenance, die maintenance, and new product sampling. • Ensure quality standards, safety, 5S, ISO, and IATF documentation. • Monitor production MIS, machine-wise performance, and downtime reports. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering. • Experience: Minimum 12 years in manufacturing, with relevant HPDC experience. • Strong knowledge of HPDC processes, die casting defects, and dies. • Production planning, process optimization, and cost control. • Team leadership and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of OEE, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and quality systems. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • On-site manufacturing plant role. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: 12 to 15 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
