### Role & Company / Project Overview Canary Aerospace Private Limited is looking for passionate and talented engineers to join our team in Kochi, Kerala as a UAV Design Engineer (CAD/CAM). This role offers an opportunity to contribute to real-world aerospace engineering projects, designing, developing, and testing next-generation Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and turning innovative concepts into flight-ready systems. Candidates will collaborate across engineering disciplines and contribute to the complete UAV development journey from concept and design to analysis, manufacturing, and flight testing. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • 3D CAD modelling, detailed engineering drawings, and GD&T. • UAV structural design, lightweight optimization, and material selection. • Structural analysis using FEA and ANSYS. • Aerodynamic analysis and CFD simulations. • CAD/CAM workflows, manufacturing, composites, and additive manufacturing. • Prototype development, assembly, ground testing, and flight testing. • Integration of mechanical structures with avionics and electrical systems. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Graduates in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines. • Candidates with knowledge of CAD tools, engineering simulation, and manufacturing processes. • Open to all experience levels: Freshers with strong fundamentals as well as experienced engineers passionate about UAV technology are encouraged to apply. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Employment Type: Full-time | On-site • Location: Kochi, Kerala, India ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should send their CV and portfolio.
