### Role & Company / Project Overview HireVibe Talent Solutions is hiring a Mortgage Loan Analyst based at Infopark Phase 2, Kochi. The role requires working U.S. business hours to support secondary marketing and mortgage operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Process mortgage rate lock requests and modifications. • Review investor rate sheets and manage mortgage pricing. • Handle lock extensions, relocks, and pricing exceptions. • Coordinate with Loan Officers, Processors, and Secondary Marketing teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 2+ years of experience preferred. • Hands-on experience in U.S. Mortgage Operations, Secondary Marketing, or Lock Desk. • Strong knowledge of mortgage rate locks, pricing, extensions, relocks, and cancellations. • Solid understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loan products. • Good working knowledge of investor guidelines and mortgage pricing mechanisms. • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in MS Excel. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Infopark Phase 2, Kochi, Kerala, India. • Shift Timings: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift / U.S. business hours). • Work Mode: Onsite. ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated resumes with the subject line 'MORTGAGE LOAN ANALYST'.
