• Role & Company / Project Overview Global Consulting is hiring a Call Quality Monitoring professional for operations supporting the US Mortgage Industry in Bengaluru. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Monitor, evaluate, and assess customer and mortgage process calls for quality and compliance standards. - Identify process gaps, procedural deviations, and areas for agent coaching and training. - Maintain quality scorecards, generate performance reports, and ensure adherence to mortgage industry benchmarks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the US Mortgage Industry. - Strong understanding of US mortgage processes, quality auditing metrics, and regulatory standards. - Excellent analytical, listening, and feedback delivery skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work From Office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. - Transportation: Two-way cab facility provided. • Compensation & Benefits - Budget: Up to 14 LPA (INR 1,400,000 per annum). - Two-way cab facility. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply by sending their resume to the designated email address.
