Role & Company / Project Overview: URC Construction (P) Ltd is hiring experienced Site Engineers for an ongoing Precast Hostel Building Project located in Khordha, Odisha. Walk-in interview scheduled on 18-10-2026. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage site execution activities for the precast hostel building construction. • Supervise structural work, finishing operations, and site installations. • Ensure work execution adheres strictly to architectural drawings, engineering specifications, and safety guidelines. • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and QA/QC teams on daily site progress. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) or B.E. in Civil Engineering. • 5 to 17 years of professional civil engineering site execution experience. • In-depth expertise in finishing, structures, and overall project execution. • Prior experience on building or precast structures is highly desirable.
