Role & Company / Project Overview: URC Construction (P) Ltd is seeking experienced QA/QC Engineers for a major Precast Hostel Building Project in Khordha, Odisha. Walk-in interview on 18-10-2026. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and implement quality control and quality assurance protocols across precast and site operations. • Perform thorough quality checks, testing, and inspections of precast elements and structural works. • Maintain detailed inspection reports, compliance documents, and test certificates according to project standards. • Identify defects or non-conformance issues and enforce timely corrective and preventive measures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) or B.E. in Civil Engineering. • 5 to 17 years of experience in civil QA/QC. • Core expertise in precast quality control (Precast QC) and construction site quality control (Site QC). • Strong understanding of construction materials testing and quality standards.
