Role & Company / Project Overview: The National Institute of Urban Management (NIUM), Telangana invites applications from qualified and experienced Subject Matter Experts and Urban Development Professionals for contractual engagement under the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for Karimnagar Municipal Corporation (7 positions). Key Responsibilities & Project Focus Areas: Professionals will support municipal project implementation across key domains: • Urban Infrastructure, Water & Sewerage systems, and Urban Flood Management • Sanitation & Used Water management, Climate Resilience, and E&S Safeguards • Contract administration, Procurement, and Financial management / Accounts • Project QA/QC, Electrical/MEP engineering, M&E, and MIS & IT support • Information, Education & Communication (IEC) & BCC Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Academic qualifications and prior field experience in urban infrastructure, civil engineering, environmental engineering, or municipal operations. • Proven ability to handle urban project implementation units.
