Role & Company / Project Overview: The National Institute of Urban Management (NIUM), Telangana invites applications from qualified and experienced Subject Matter Experts and Urban Development Professionals for contractual engagement under the PDMC – UCF / EAPs project (3 positions). Key Responsibilities & Project Focus Areas: Engagement covers multiple specialized functions across urban development initiatives, including: • Urban Infrastructure, Water & Sewerage, and Urban Flood Management • Sanitation & Used Water, Climate Resilience, and E&S Safeguards • Procurement & Contracts, Finance & Accounts • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), MIS & IT, QA/QC, and Electrical/MEP • Information, Education and Communication (IEC) & BCC Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience and qualifications as a Subject Matter Expert or Urban Development Professional in urban planning, infrastructure, engineering, finance, or municipal governance. • Expertise in relevant thematic domains such as EAPs/UCF, procurement, environmental/social safeguards, or project management.
