• Role & Company / Project Overview Wavetec Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented Application Consultant to join the office in Korangi, Karachi. The consultant will provide fast and effective technical support to Wavetec customers, playing a key role in troubleshooting issues, creating technical solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues efficiently - Provide clear diagnoses and practical solutions - Manage tasks effectively to ensure timely resolutions - Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction - Create technical diagrams & flowcharts for better understanding - Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless support • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience - Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply - Background in technical support or application consulting is a plus - Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal) - Skilled in creating technical diagrams and flowcharts - Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Hours / Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Location: Korangi, Karachi, Pakistan • Application Instructions Send your resume with email subject format: Application Consultant – Your Name – Wavetec Pvt Ltd.
