• Role & Company / Project Overview: Arcana Info is seeking an experienced AI Lead/Manager Development to join our team onsite in Karachi, focusing on Banking & Financial Services solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the development and end-to-end deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in production environments. - Architect, build, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-powered applications leveraging RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases. - Design and implement robust REST APIs for seamless AI integration. - Work with data pipelines, SQL querying, and complex data handling. - Deliver domain-specific AI solutions addressing fraud detection, credit risk, AML, KYC, payments, or digital banking systems. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5+ years of AI/ML development experience. - Strong Python & AI/ML development background. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs). - Strong understanding of RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and Vector Databases. - Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks. - Strong REST API development experience. - Proficiency in SQL and data handling. - Proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. - Cloud platform experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Banking / Financial Services domain experience with exposure to Fraud Detection, Credit Risk, AML, KYC, Payments, or Digital Banking. - Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice periods will be given preference. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan (Onsite). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated CVs to the designated talent acquisition email address.
