• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sunlight is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join its team and contribute to energy and infrastructure projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Prepare technical and financial proposals, tenders, and bidding documents. - Review RFPs/RFQs, understand bidding requirements, and prepare compliance matrices. - Conduct research, analytical assessments, and comprehensive documentation for bids and proposals. - Collaborate on business development and strategic communications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Strong English writing, editing, and communication skills. - Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals, tenders, and bidding documents. - Proven ability to review RFPs/RFQs, understand bidding requirements, and prepare compliance matrices. - Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. - Advantage: Previous experience with UN agencies, international organizations, or development-sector procurement. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Kabul, Afghanistan. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Apply by sending your application to the designated official email address.
