• Role & Company / Project Overview: Kandahar Cement Factory (KCF) is hiring an Electrical Engineer to ensure the smooth, continuous, and efficient operation of plant machinery and electrical infrastructure in Kandahar, Afghanistan. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Keep plant machinery and electrical systems running safely and reliably. - Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and distribution networks. - Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns quickly and reduce plant downtime. - Maintain accurate maintenance records and report operational updates to the Operations team. - Follow and actively promote health and safety procedures on site. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. - Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a factory, plant, or industrial setting. - Practical Skills: Hands-on problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility. - Communication & Teamwork: Good teamwork and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Workplace Type: On-site. - Location: Kandahar Cement Factory, Kandahar, Afghanistan. - Mobility: Willingness to work on site in Kandahar. • Compensation & Benefits: Not specified. • Application Instructions: Send your CV and a short cover letter to the HR recruitment email with the job title in the subject line before the deadline of 15-Nov-2026.
