### Role & Company / Project Overview Sharmeen Foods is hiring a permanent Electrical Engineer for its manufacturing and production facility in Sukkur. The role is focused on managing and executing electrical engineering, maintenance, and power optimization operations across plant machinery. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and monitor electrical systems, equipment, and production machinery. - Ensure smooth and uninterrupted electrical operations throughout the factory. - Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and operational breakdowns. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical machinery and equipment. - Supervise electrical maintenance activities and coordinate effectively with production teams. - Maintain electrical safety standards and ensure strict compliance with company policies. - Monitor power consumption and actively identify opportunities for energy efficiency. - Maintain thorough records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts inventory. - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for electrical-related works. - Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of electrical systems. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BE / BS). - Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. - Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems and preventive maintenance. - Good troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to work independently and manage maintenance activities effectively. - Strong communication and team-management abilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sukkur, Sindh, Pakistan. - Job Type: Permanent, on-site manufacturing plant role. ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary package. - Accommodation provided for candidates applying from outside Sukkur. - Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their CV to the official recruitment email.
