• Role & Company / Project Overview Arab Consulting Engineers (Moharram - Bakhoum) / Dr. Mourad M. Bakhoum Sector is expanding its Proposals & Business Development Department and looking for a talented professional to join the team as a Proposal Manager (Job Code: BD-PM-15). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead, prepare, and manage comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for engineering and construction projects. - Review RFPs, RFQs, tender documents, and client requirements. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to collect and consolidate technical and commercial inputs. - Ensure all proposals fully comply with tender requirements, submission deadlines, and company quality standards. - Support bid strategies, tender planning, and overall proposal development initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience. - Relevant experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred. - Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Company: Arab Consulting Engineers (Moharram - Bakhoum), Egypt. - Working arrangements as per company policies. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs with the job title and Job Code (BD-PM-15) in the subject line to the provided recruitment email address.
