Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an ERP QA Engineer to join our team in Jaipur. The role focuses on comprehensive functional, regression, API, and automation testing for ERP and large-scale applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct functional testing, scenario preparation, and test case design for complex ERP systems. • Execute end-to-end integration, regression, and API testing. • Perform database validation and data integrity checks. • Execute automated testing suites and report detailed defect metrics. • Track defects, analyze failures, and prepare comprehensive QA reports. • Adopt AI-driven testing approaches for test case generation, test automation, and defect analysis. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 6 years of experience in ERP or large application testing. • Strong knowledge of functional testing, test scenarios, and test case preparation. • Working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL for database validation. • Experience in integration, regression, and API testing. • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks. • Experience in defect tracking, test execution, and reporting. • Hands-on proficiency with tools & technologies: Jira / Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL / pgAdmin, Postman for API testing, Test automation frameworks. • Experience with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude for test case generation, test automation, and defect analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to understand business requirements and validate end-to-end ERP processes. • Strong collaboration, communication, and ownership skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (or nearby locations). • Work Mode: Work from office (candidates must be willing to work from office; preference will be given to candidates based in Jaipur or nearby locations).
