### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of QA Tester / Test Lead based in Jaipur. This role is focused on the BFSI domain and requires leadership to drive testing excellence across banking applications. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and drive the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient testing across all banking applications. • Establish standardized testing frameworks, target zero-defect production, enable automation, and ensure alignment with business, regulatory, and digital transformation objectives. • Build and mentor a high-performing testing team with deep domain knowledge, automation, and performance testing services and tools. • Oversee testing across Core Banking, LOS (Loan Origination Systems), Treasury, and Digital Banking platforms. • Manage and execute test frameworks across Agile, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies using tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, API automation, JMeter, and LoadRunner. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Educational Qualification: B.E., B.Tech, or MCA. • Total Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in software testing. • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles. • Domain Expertise: BFSI, Core Banking, LOS, Treasury, Digital Banking. • Technical & Automation Skills: Selenium, Appium, API Automation, JMeter, LoadRunner, JIRA, Agile, DevOps, and SDLC frameworks. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India • Work Mode: Onsite / Office-based ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified ### Application Instructions • Interested and eligible candidates are requested to submit their updated resume for consideration.
