• Role & Company / Project Overview Dizer Corp is seeking an experienced Sr. Support Engineer for a 6+ months contract role in Iselin, New Jersey. The role focuses on front office production support within the financial services and banking domain. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide robust front office production support within a banking and financial services environment. - Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot scheduled batch jobs using Tidal Job Monitoring. - Develop, maintain, and debug Unix and Shell scripts for day-to-day operations and automated tasks. - Execute and optimize SQL queries for database support and issue resolution. - Handle technical workflows and support related to Collateral Management systems (COLLINE). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven background as a Senior Support Engineer or Production Support Specialist. - Strong domain knowledge in financial services and banking. - Hands-on expertise with Collateral Management platforms (specifically COLLINE). - Solid technical background in Unix / Shell Scripting and SQL. - Experience working with Tidal Job Monitoring tools. - Extensive experience supporting front office production environments. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Iselin, New Jersey, United States. - Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week). - Duration: 6+ Months contract. - Interview Process: Video process followed by a face-to-face interview. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resumes for review.
