• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant / Post-Trade Consultant with extensive financial domain experience and hands-on Broadridge Impact expertise. The role serves as a bridge between business operations and technology, troubleshooting complex transaction-level issues, analyzing Impact workflows, and translating business requirements into functional solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle Fixed Income post-trade processing, clearing, settlement, and custody workflows - Manage stock/position ledger and profit-and-loss (P&L) calculations - Handle factor updates, rate adjustments, and related transaction processing - Perform reconciliation and exception management, investigating discrepancies and resolving processing exceptions - Conduct transaction-level investigation and root cause analysis for production issue resolution - Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications - Design test scenarios, create test cases, execute UAT, and manage defects - Provide production support to business users, analyze incidents, and implement system enhancements - Utilize SQL for database queries, data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 18+ years of mandatory financial services domain experience - Strong, hands-on experience with Broadridge Impact (mandatory) - In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets, Fixed Income, and Post-Trade Processing - Product experience with one or more of the following: Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS), Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO), and Securities Lending - Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting - Visa Status Accepted: H4 EAD, USC, L2 EAD, H1B, Green Card / GC EAD - Local candidates only (no relocation) • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: New Jersey (NJ) - Work Model: Onsite • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Submit suitable profiles to the designated contact email.
