• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking / Financial Services experience to support business requirements, process analysis, system enhancements, and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product/project teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Work closely with banking/financial services stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives. - Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. - Perform current-state and future-state process analysis and identify improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC. - Support requirement clarification, backlog refinement, UAT planning, and defect resolution. - Analyze data and perform SQL queries for validation and reconciliation. - Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and stakeholder meetings. - Prepare documentation, presentations, and status updates for business and technology stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. - Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience is mandatory. - Experience with banking products, financial processes, payments, lending, deposits, cards, or related banking systems. - Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. - Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows. - Strong SQL and data analysis skills. - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. - Strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum experience. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Eligible Visa: H4 EAD, H1B, GC or USC. - Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with large banking/financial institutions; experience with regulatory/compliance initiatives; UAT and testing coordination experience; experience with API/integration requirements and system modernization projects. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Tampa, FL - Work Model: Onsite - Employment Type: Full-Time • Application Instructions: - Submit updated resume for consideration.
