### Role & Company / Project Overview We are urgently hiring a skilled Senior L2 Production Support Engineer for an immediate requirement located in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate brings extensive technical expertise in enterprise application support, critical incident response, and end-to-end integration diagnostics. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - L2 Production Support & P1/P2 Major Incident Management. - Incident Bridge Leadership, Technical Triage & Troubleshooting. - Expert-Level SQL & REST API Diagnostics. - Middleware, ESB, Database & Third-Party Integration Support. - Adobe Commerce (Magento), Sitecore CMS & Dynamics 365 Support. - Solver & Learning Management System (LMS) Support. - Azure Integration Services & Application Insights administration. - Monitoring Tools management using Dynatrace & Azure Application Insights. - Azure DevOps (ADO), Hotfix Validation & Deployment Support. - Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SLA Management & Incident Prevention. - Lead critical production incidents and restore system services strictly within established SLAs. - Coordinate seamlessly with engineering teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7–10 years of proven experience in enterprise application or production support. - Proven track record leading critical production incident bridges and resolving complex issues within SLAs. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership capabilities. - Deep hands-on experience with SQL, REST APIs, enterprise middleware, ESB architectures, and databases. - Prior working knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento), Sitecore CMS, Dynamics 365, Solver, and LMS platforms. - Solid experience in cloud ecosystems including Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps, and Dynatrace monitoring. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Arrangement: Immediate requirement. - Location: NYC, NY (New York, United States). ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive enterprise compensation commensurate with senior-level production support expertise. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume via email.
