• Role & Company / Project Overview Actively seeking an experienced Application Support Lead supporting a large-scale Life & Annuity modernization program. The role focuses on leading application support initiatives within Life & Annuity insurance platforms. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead application support operations and ensure platform availability, stability, and incident resolution for core insurance systems. - Oversee L1 and higher support tiers, coordinating troubleshooting efforts across complex enterprise systems. - Collaborate across modernization, migration, and architecture teams to support legacy and modern platforms. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of overall experience. - Strong Life & Annuity Insurance domain experience. - Deep expertise in Application Support, Policy Administration Systems, and modern architectures. - Experience with technologies such as API Integration, Kafka, AWS, KONG, Data Migration, Legacy Transformation, or Policy Administration Systems (FAST PAS). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working onsite in New York, NY. - Candidates must be local to New York or willing to relocate. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Submit an updated resume for review.
